Bad leaders sleep with the frogs 🐸

One #leadership lesson that I learned from the Bible, is that good leaders must not procrastinate when it comes to looking out for their people!

During the pre-Exodos timeline, the entire country of Egypt was plagued with frogs…. Imagine frogs 🐸 everywhere, in homes, kitchens, workplaces, home-offices, and more.

So, pharaoh summoned Moses and asked him to pray to his God for the jumping ugly amphibians to go away. Meek and wise, Moses then asked pharaoh, “When would you like for these frogs to go?”

Pharaoh responded, “Tomorrow”… 🤔

Why in the world would any leader want their people to remain covered in frogs for another night?

Leaders… take care of your people and don’t let the frogs 🐸 (disgusting slimy creatures obstructing and getting in the way of progress and getting things done🤮) hang around for one more second.

Don’t be like pharaoh. Be decisive and get it done💡
